Mike Maino, bass, has spent over 40 years of his life immersed in the world of barbershop singing. Quartetting since his early teens, Mike as been in several District Championship quartets . the Four Scores in 1970, the Great Chord Conspiracy in 1976 and the 1988 champs, Prime Alliance. Both he and Mike Gabriella were also in Grand Stand Vocal Band , a quartet that ranked in the top 20 at the International level. During the nineties Mike was kept busy by the popular novelty quartet, Street Corner Four. Mike is often the guest Master of Ceremonies at shows and competitions, and is known as .The Voice., at Sweet Adelines International conventions. He resides at the Music Mansion, Providence, RI with his wife, choreographer, and Master Director, Gail Jencik.
